An Ordinary Day

What was going on today?
I got up very early at 7:10am for being not late at work. As a consequence,I fell asleep very soon when I got home after working!
I have been practiced English for a few days, all the aspects, writing, listening, reading, speaking. I thinked the most difficult parts is writing. It always happened to me there was nothing in my head when my fingers touching the keyboard.
There is no way to improve my poor English but practice.

Thank you so much!

I got up very early at 7:10am for being notso I wouldn't be late ato work.

"for being" usually gets used to explain why you got something.

e.g. "I got an award, for not being late to school ever"

When you describe an objective that caused _you_ to do something, we wouldn't really use it, we'd use "in order to [avoid being late to work]" so "so I would[n't be late to work]". This makes it a bit clearer that the first action was something you did intentionally the achieve the outcome in the second part of the sentence.

As a consequence, I fell asleep very soon whenafter I got home after working!

I have been practiceding English for a few days, all the (different) aspects, writing, listening, reading, speaking.

different is optional here, but I think it's more natural to include it.

I thinked the most difficult parts is writing.

The past tense of "think" is "thought", but you wouldn't use past tense here as it seems you still think that way.

It always happeneds to me that there wais nothing in my head when my fingers touching the keyboard.

There is no way to improve my poor English but to practice.
