You can take some free online lessons on Coursera or just find some videos teaching Chinese. The easily way is find a channel that a Chinese speaker teaches English. For speaking test, you can use some applications to chat with a native speaker, for example, Speaky and Busuu. By the way, I don't use these applications, so if you want to use them just being careful. Then for writing test, you can just practice on this website! I'm not sure your Chinese level, so these methods may not work for you. You can describe more detailed and I will try my best to help you. Good luck!
