Study English
I'd like to share with you what made me study English.
Ten years ago, I went to Tokyo by my self. When I was on a train, a foreigner asked me "Is this train gose to Sibuya station?"
He had two luggages and stand with his wife and his baby. They seem like visited Japan sightseeing.
I knew the train gose to Sibuya station, but I couldn't reply "Yes" to him.
I pretended that I didn't know anything. Because I've never spoken English since when I graduated high school.
私はなぜ英語の勉強をしているか話します。
10年前1人で東京に行った時、電車の中で外国人が"この電車は渋谷駅に行きますか？"と尋ねてきました。
彼はスーツケースを２つ持っていて、奥さんと赤ちゃんと一緒にいました。
多分、日本に旅行に来た様子です。
私はこの電車は渋谷駅に行く事を知っていましたが、知らないふりをしてしました。
なぜなら、英語を話すことが恥ずかしかったからです。
学校を卒業してから一度も英語を話した事がなかったからです。

Because I've never hadn’t spoken English since when I graduated high school.

I pretended that I didn't know anything.
Because I've never spoken English since when I graduated high school.
"Since when" is used for questions.
Ex: Since when did you start listening to that band?

"Study" is not wrong, but I think "learn" is more natural.

What you wrote is not wrong, but connecting this sentence with the next will be closer to what you wrote in Japanese
