Stressed or hungry?

Have you ever had an abnormal huge appetite? Did you ever felt insatiable? This happens to many people, and it's probably caused by stress.
To answer this two women were intervistated, Professor Rajita Sinha and Dr Mithu Storoni.
They first described stress as a response of our body and mind to an action that seems wrong. The purpose is to help you adact to a new situation, so you may think that's a good thing. However, Dr Storoni explained that a little quantity of stress is good, but too much of it can cause chronic stress, leading to health problem.
When you experience stress, your brain needs sugar and fuel, so you may be more hungry than usual. On a very stressful period, you could develop "food mind", which means that you always think about eating. This can lead to high colesterole problems or high glicemia in blood.
To prevent this, you must sleep well, exercise at least twice a week and being constant: for instance, you must eat everyday at the same time, not skip meals...
What do you think about this? Henceforth, I will always try my best to cope with stressful period. However, I will not eliminate foods that makes me happy, like chocolate or ice cream (my favourite); I will simply try not to exagerrate.
