Recently I watched seasons 1& and 2 of "Stranger Things", which is a Netflix original SF drama series.

The "&" symbol is not really the same as "and". It's maybe not *grammatically* wrong to use "&", but it's quite unnatural.

I like suchthat kind of mysterious scientific moviesce-fiction show, and can't help but staying up late to watch the next episode.

Separately though, "scientific" is a bit of a weird descriptor for a fictional show. There are situations where you could use it, but it will definitely draw attention. And, for "Stranger Things" in particular, I don't think people would describe it as "scientific".

Finally, "Stranger Things" is a show, not a movie.

However, the plot got increasingly boring as the movieshow went by because the stranger things that happened in the story were easily turned out to be monsters in the different world.

If you lived in or are familiar with 80's American culture, you wouldill find 80's lifestyles and musics in the story, and then feel nostalgic for your old memories.

"old memories" aren't something that one feels nostalgic for. Because of the "old memories", one "feels nostalgic" for, in this case, 80's American culture, but one does usually not "feel nostalgic" for the memories themselves.

Anyway, I was a bit disappointed that the "strangers things a" were nothing more than strange monsters.

In writing "SF" in place of "science-fiction", we save maybe 10 characters (virtually no benefit), and introduce possible confusion. It's best to use acronyms only when they're universally known (e.g. CPU) or after you've introduced them ("...science fiction (SF)..."). Furthermore, there has to be a good reason to introduce an acronym.

"stay up late to watch the next episode" => you're waiting for it to be on (not watching it)
"stay up late watching the next episode" => you're watching it
