1 "it is work": work = your job
2 "work of it ( the website )": does not make sense

"how it works": the workings ( how it is used or run / how it functions ) of the website

"but directly I start to write" does not make sense grammatically, even though your point gets across, and won't be said by a native
If you need to express yourself this way you could say "but I'll start writing directly"
