Spring

We have distinct four seasons in a year, and each of them shares three months. I was once asked which season I favored the most. I'd like to say, spring - and I know it's a bit cliche - I really enjoy these days.

After three months of cold days. Many creatures, and plants would start to recover in spring days. Leaves produce more oxygen to the air along with photosynthesis, and birds in the sky seem to be more active and create a better-hearing melody to us, human beings also date much more time than before.

Thank you for providing one more possible correction. :-)

Spring

We have four distinct four seasons in a year, and each of them shares three months.

I was once asked which season I favored the most.

Favored is also correct, but because when you ask someone, you usually ask in the present tense, ie. what do you like right now?/at that time?

I'd like to say, spring - and I know it's a bit cliche - I really enjoy theose days.

Or 'I really enjoy the days in spring'

After three months of cold days.,

Many creatures, and plants would start to recover in spring days.

Leaves produce more oxygen tointo/in the air along witthrough photosynthesis, and birds in the sky seem to be more active and create a better-hearsounding melody tofor us, human beings also date much more time than before.

Instead of better-sounding, you can also say "prettier, more beautiful..."
Insead of 'also date much more', you can also say 'go on more dates'

Well written! I'm also looking forward to spring
