Spending time alone

Besides that, solitude makes people stronger. When certain people are alone, they do not depend on anyone to survive. That self-sufficiency will eventually result on people being stronger emotionally, as they do not need another individual to support them. These people who have mastered the remarkable art of loneliness are the people who will not get hurt by anyone.
Finally, some people may find going out tiresome. Personally, I believe that hanging out with friends is a stressful activity. Walking, taking busses or even driving, money permitting, is quite troublesome in Bogotá. Traffic jams abound here, transporting from one place to another in this city is notoriously difficult.
