Special Dishes - Intestine Noodle
Starting today, I'd like to introduce some special dishes favored by Chinese people, but might be seen as weird or disgusting for people in other countries.
The first one is Noodle Mixed with Pork Intestine.
The price of pork intestine is normally double or even triple that of pork meat. I remember when I was a kid, how hard it was to help my parents clean it.
