Speaking improvement

Ming did a better job using her vocabulary. That's very clear because she used many cooking-reliable words as she spoke on the improved attempt part. How she stressed words is another improvement I could notice.

Speaking iImprovement

In English, the first letter of all nouns, verbs, adjetives, adverbs, etc., must be capitalized in the title.

Ming did a better job using her vocabulary.

ThaIt's very clear because she used many cooking-reliableated words as she spoke on the improved attempt part.

I don't know what you mean by "improved attempt part".

How she stressed the words is another improvement I could noticed.

This is technically correct, but sounds kind of awkward to me. I would suggest to phrase it something like, "I also noticed the way she stressed the words had improved".
