Spain is European, and yet it looks to Africa.
Spain is quite a mountainous country, most famous for the Pyrenees, which separate it from France.
Like most of its European neighbours, Spain has coffee and bread for breakfast.
Lunch is usually around 2 PM and dinner around 8 or 9 PM.
The reason why Spainish schedule is so different than the rest of the world is because Spain is adopting Central European time which is the same as Germany , not English time as it should.

If you refer to “the Pyrenees,” as in the actual mountains themselves, you’d say “which separate…” but if you’re referring to the mountain range as a singular thing, you’d say “which separates…” - both correct, just a point of preference.
