At this point, it's clear that I don’t see much news. To tell the truth, I haven't watched tv for a long time. But this notice , words out around the world. But I can’t understand perfectly yet. How important is this? And what consequences does this have? Not even the government knows the answer, some say it's a trouble system, others, some kind of conspiracy? While they find some solution to fix this, stay much more clear for us The technology, became part of us, and this show one point also, we can’t live, without electricity, when us utilize for everything. I hope the government can fix this and everything back to normal, but, just rest wait.

At this point, it's clear that I don’t seewatch much news.
To tell you the truth, I haven't watched tvTV for a long time.
TV is an acronym -> capitalize
But, this notice , words outews has spread around the world.
Maybe you want to say "noticias" -> news (not notice)
But, I can’t understand perfectly yet.
How important is this?
And what consequences does this have?
Not even the government knows the answer, some say it's a trouble system, fault in the system while to others, it is some kind of conspiracy?
While they are trying to find some solution to fix this, stay much more clear forit shows a much clearer picture to us. The technology, has becaome part of us, and this just shows one point also,, that we can’t live, without electricity, when us since we utilize it for everything.
*"just" because you said only "one point" not many.
My assumption:
"stay much more clear for us"
-> It shows a much clearer picture to us.
*"since" not 'when' because you are stating reason.
I hope the government can fix this and bring everything back to normal, but, just rest and wait.
I don't know what you want to say with "but, just rest wait..." my interpretation could be wrong.

SPAIN AND PORTUGUAL BLACKOUTZS?
At this point, it's clear that I don’t see muchwatch a lot of news.
Saying ‘watch’ is used to express looking at or observe something for a period of time, in this case saying ‘watch a lot of news’ sounds a lot more natural to say. When using ‘see’ there are other instances where it fits better and sounds more natural than using ‘watch’.
Example:
A) ‘Did you see the news?’
B) ‘No, I don’t watch the news. What happened?’
In this example I’m using both ‘watch’ and ‘see’, it conveys the idea of looking at (and not looking at the news), but in a way that sounds more natural. As you can see, you can use the word ‘see’ but it just depends on the context you’re using it in.
Example:
A) ‘Did you see the news?’
B) ‘ No, I didn’t see the news. What happened?’
In this example I’m using both ‘see’ for both answers, but to make it sound natural and fit in with the sentence structure better I used the word ‘didn’t’ before it. Using words such as ‘didn’t’ before hand can make it sound more natural and makes using the word ‘see’ makes sense in this context. It’s one of those things where the word depends on the context and if it would make sense to use it in that context.
Also, ‘a lot of’ sounds more natural/ allows the sentence to flow better.
To tell the truth, I haven't watched tv for a long time.
But with this notice ,ews word is out around the world.
I’m assuming you mean that the news being spoken about is so big that the world has heard about it?
But I can’t understand it perfectly yet.
Adding ‘it’ in this instance indicates that you don’t understand the situation fully (yet).
How important is this?
And what consequences does this have?
While they’re finding some solution to fix this, stay much more clear for us Tthe technology, has becaome a part of us, and this shows us one point also, we can’t live, without electricity, when uswe utilize it for everything.
I tried to make it sound more natural.
I hope the government can fix this and everything goes back to normal, but, just restwe will wait.
I think you mean we will wait to see what happens? If so saying ‘we will wait’ sounds natural and gets the point across of waiting to see what’s going to happen.
