I´d like to know some techniques that english students use to praticing and improving their fluency, i´ve been studying for a few months, and i´m feel ''locked'' (i dont know how to say that word) when i will talk to someone, or just sometimes when i´ll listening something in english, like songs, podcasts, movies.
Sometimes it seems that i dont know nothing about english, maybe i'am level B1, how can i improving my english? i actually love to listening the BBC 6 Minutes podcast, and i use the Chatgpt to help me at grammar questions as well.

Eu gostaria de saber algumas tecnicas que estudantes de ingles usam para praticar e melhorar sua fluencia, eu estou estudando faz poucos meses, e eu me sinto ''travado'' quando eu vou conversar com alguem ou quando as vezes vou ouvir algo em ingles, como musicas, podcasts, filmes.
As vezes parece que eu não sei nada de ingles, talvez eu seja nivel B1, como eu posso melhorar meu ingles? eu atualmente amo escutar o BBC 6 Minutes podcast, e eu uso o chatgpt para me ajudar em questoes de gramatica tambem.
