And tThe distance between the corner and the camera just had 13ftswas only 13 feet.

I am not blaming the customer service people.

In fact, they had agave me good service for me, and their words were softerkind.

But to be honest, the camera sucks.

Don't buy an Arlo camera, as they are worthless.

After the callalking with Arlo's customer service, I called 911.

But that iIt was unpleasant talking aboutwith the police for 2 minutes.

My correction is if the call was unpleasant. If you meant talking about the call after the fact then it would be "It is unpleasant talking about those 2 minutes."

I think you are trying to refer to not having any video evidence of the perpetrator. The reason this could be confusing is that often in regards to speaking to the police people might say: "I know I don't have a criminal record." (they have not committed any crimes). I don't think this is what you mean but it might be misunderstood this way.

He sounds like he doesn't have any patience and with an unpleasant voice to ask me the questioned impatient and asked me questions in an unpleasant voice.

I entirely understand why the Chinese always ironically said: "American style freedom".

Even thenough I disliked the Chinese Communist Party ( CCP) for building an intertwined security network, Sky Eye, but after this experience, I root for the CCP's astute decision.

In American, it costs 500 dollars to buy a camera andfor no reward nothing.

And tThe Chinese police wouldn't treat me like that.

Finally, I don't feel very angry about the jerk for now.

The point I wriote this experience down to show how I am somy disappointedment with American police and the quality of the Arlo camera.
