Title capitalization rules
Well, today I will try to present some tricks that I use for to be more productive.
This would sound cleaner if you remove "Well, today"
1.
Have a clear system of organization, but this system needs to work for you.
2.
Have a planner, and in this planner you need to organizinge your schedule into in some categories: (1) actions with a schedule, (2) actions without a schedule, (3) informations, and (4) values - in this one you include the most important activities that you have, thatwhich can help you to reached your goals.
Information is uncountable; there is never an S to make it plural.
3.
Don't put your tasks in your planner, separate a specific place for them.
For example, a task list,. I used the app "tTo dDo List" for it.
If you want to avoid slang => applications.
Since you are referring to the application by name, the name is capitalized.
And in it, I put all the activities that I need to do, and categorizinge them into four places: (1) today, (2) this week, (3) this month, and (4) not urgent.
You're describing a habit, "I put... I categorize..." If you were describing your actions in the present, you would use "I am putting... I am categorizing..."
With this, I can see what I need to do.
4.
Finally, when I have a clear system, youI can see all the activities youI need to do.
Either stick to "I" or stick to "you" for the whole sentence.
- Finally, when I have a clear system, I can see all the activities I need to do.
-- The emphasis is on your own practice and experience
- Finally, when you have a clear system, you can see all the activities you need to do.
-- Here, you are speaking generally
And, tThe next step is gto put it into action.
It's generally advised to avoid beginning sentences with "and."
For this, I put my cellphone in another room, and turn off all the things that can change my focus.
Themn, I put my phones, a good music, some good music on my phone and started to doing what I need to do.
The order is a little confusing - I would suggest saying that you put music on your phone and then set it down in another room.
That's it!
JThese are just some tricks that I use, and everalways help me with themy daily tasks.
"Just some..." is fine in everyday speech, but in writing, should have its proper complement (here, "these are just...").
