Some Questions

There is some points which I don’t understand;

 - Why HR Department of the Corporate does not get in touch with Mr John on inflation forecast? Because if they get wrong information about the inflation, they give us less rise. For example, Inflation forecast for 2023 is 65% but Corporate thinks it is 50%.

 - Why the Corporate does not find a permanent solution on our salary problem? Because the estimation of minimum wage rise in 2024 will be 40%. In this case Mary’s salary will be under minimum wage next year, mine will be very close to minimum wage. HR Department of the Corporate approves Dany’s salary paying EURO-indexed but not for us. I think they discriminat BCC Laboratory’s staff against BCC Oman’s staffs.
