Som intentions and plans
I have the intention to move way to Canada through the express entry program but their is some obstacles in front of me now.
I have that my age is good enough to make me selected from the program’s, my education and job experience is also good enough to make me getting the invitation or the selection.
But, the only problem I have is that my level in French and English.
So, I need to improve myself in both languages to reach at least c1 one level.
Moreover, I need your recommendations and advices to help solve this problem in my life so please help me all of you by giving me all sources and advices to reach my goal.

I have the intention to move (away) to Canada through the express entry program, but their isre are some obstacles in front of me now.
You can just say "to move to Canada."
You can also say "to move away to Canada," which just adds a slight emphasis about you moving.
Another possibility is "to move all the way to Canada," which adds a strong emphasis about you moving (like it is very far away).

Reaching C1 in two foreign languages is going to take a lot of work. I wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals.
If you have the means to attend language learning classes, that is my best suggestion for you in order to learn efficiently and quickly. You can also look for tutors (either in your area or online). Otherwise, for self-study, practice your reading and writing, and check YouTube for channels that are about language learning. There are so many applications and websites for language learning now. This website, Kwiziq, Linguno, Busuu, to name a few that I appreciated.
