"Media" is already plural.

I don't use social media much,. I spend most of themy time I spend on Instagram is researching somethinginformation about languages, books or movies.

But back in the day, however, I was addicted to social media, b. Back then I would spentd four hours a day on tiktok alone.

Technically "media" is already the plural of "medium". Although "medium" is not used as much in this context, it is not grammatically correct to write "medias"; we always write "media".

"Conscience" is the moral sense of right and wrong. I think you mean you have a better attitude towards social media.
