There are a few different conventions, but the simplest way to title things in English is to just capitalize every initial letter. Also, "fuck" is pretty strong language in English. You might want to be careful about using it until you're surer about your audience.

Many people write "phrase, phrase, phrase, phrase". They should write shorter sentences.
I was supposed to go to Sweden this year, but I'm stuck in the hottest country in Asia because of the stupid coronavirus. <-- two phrases
That means I have to wait, even though I don't want to. <-- two phrases
I miss my boyfriend a lot. <-- one phrase
I wish I could be in Sweden with him. <-- one phrase
Shorter sentences are easier to understand. They're less complicated.
