I saw a Youtube video of Canada. It seems they've gotten their real first snow fall. It's a beautiful scenery. When I was kid, snow piled up on the ground in my city at least a few times a year, but we didn't have snow last winter. It might have snowed lightly, but I missed seeing it. I'm looking forward to seeing how the scenery will change in Canada during winter.

"on the ground" sounds repetitive. While it is technically correct that snow falls on the ground, it could also fall on trees, roofs, etc. That's why it's best to leave that out here.
It might havePerhaps it did snowed a lighttlye, but I missed seeingdidn't see any of it.
I'm looking forward to seeknowing how the scenery willweather might change in Canada during this winter.
Added "might" here, because we don't know how the weather in Canada will be yet.
