Good habits are very important to have a recomfortable night. Usually, people use screens (tv, phone, pc...) during all the day, and it's important don't do it before you go to the bed. Other good habit is go to the bed and wake up at the same time everyday, even wekeend. Workout is too a nice practice to have a good sleep but is important don't do it at last time of the day, becouse it's probably that this activate you more and do that you feel less tired. There are only a few things you can do to have a repair sleep and wake up the next day with more energy.
