Sleep At A Hotel
Every time I cannot sleep well when I am on a trip. To be honest, the hotel conditions are very good. In principle, I should sleep well, but the opposite is true. I usually fall asleep at twelve pm and wake up at three or four am. I don’t know if you are in the same situation when you sleep at a hotel.

In titles in English, we do not capitalize small words and prepositions (unless it is the first word)
Ex: Sleeping at a Hotel -- "at" and "a" are either prepositions or small words, so we do not capitalize them
A Trip to the Hotel -- "a" is the first word, so we capitalize it, even if it is a small word; "to" is a preposition, and "the" is not usually capitalized in a title (unless it is the first word)
