Sick

I've been sick for three days.

It was in the hotel at an altitude of 1024 meters, I suddenly woke up at midnight and found myself sneezing with allergies, in the meantime I had a stomachache.

My friend gave me some pills. They stopped my sneeze but not my stomachache.

I could not fall asleep again until almost 5 in the morning.

It's terrible to get ill during a travel.

I've been sick for three days.

It was in thein a hotel at an altitude of 1024 meters, I suddenly woke up at midnight and found myself sneezing with allergies, inat the meansame time I had a stomach ache.

'It was' is not needed here.
Since you haven't specified which hotel already, use 'a' instead of 'the'.
'In the mean time' usually refers to something happening while waiting for another event to occur, or instead of something else: 'The train arrives in 1 hour, so in the mean time I will read a book'

My friend gave me some pills.

They stopped my sneeze but not my stomach ache.

It's terrible to get ill during a travel.

You can also write, 'It's terrible to get ill during a trip'.
'Travel' = indefinite, general (don't use 'the')
'trip' / 'vacation' (USA English) / 'holiday' (UK English) = definite, specific instance of traveling. (use 'the' or 'a')

This was really well written. I think to improve the flow and make it sound a little more natural you could move the sentence "I've been sick for three days." to the end and place it just before the final sentence; e.g., I could not fall asleep again until almost 5 in the morning. I've been sick for three days. It's terrible to get ill during a travel.
