Shuangqing bay park

Shuangqing Bay Park is located in the new southern district of Fuyang city and it's said that it will be the office place of the local government. It covers almost 800 Mu land with a big artificial lake in its center and the silence and technology museum, grand theater, library and museum are all built around it. Besides, there is a big water screen movie in the lake and it makes amazing shows in the night from time to time. Around the park, there are many famous estates. One of the most famous is China Resources real estate and it also has the highest house price. Anyway, the scenery of the park is very nice. You can see trees, flowers, bridges and rivers everywhere. At night, many citizens went to the park to take a rest, especially on the weekend.
China has developed rapidly and I hope our life will get better and better.

Shuangqing Bay Park is located in the new southern district of Fuyang city and it's said that it will be the office places of the local government will be there.

It covers almost 800 Mumu of land with a big artificial lake in its center, and the scilence and technology museum, grand theater, library and museum are all built around it.

BesidesAdditionally, there is a big water screen movie in the lake and it makes amazing shows in the night from time to time.

"Besides" as a transition at the beginning of a main clause is used more to support a previous argument.
- "Let's go to the library instead. Besides, you need to return your books."
- "I think her cursive is legible. Besides, cursive is something that we should know how to read."

Around the park, there are many famous estatespieces of property.

"Estate" doesn't sound right, because it refers to a large tract of land (generally in the suburbs or country) in this type of context. If we were discussing a rural park, this could make sense, but here we're describing a city.

One of the most famous is(ones) is the real estate owned by China Resources real estate, and it also has the highest house price (in the area/in China).

"House price" is fine but you may want to instead write something "property price" unless the piece of land contains a lot of residential buildings.

Anyway, the scenery of the park is very nice.

You can see trees, flowers, bridges and rivers everywhere.

At night, many citizens wentgo to the park to take a rest, especially on the weekend.

China has developed rapidly and I hope our life will get better and better.

I think this is acceptable stylistically, but other people will probably want to add a comma before "and."

Feedback

Great! I made some adjustments for grammar and usage, but the main idea was understandable and clear.
