Shanshan Always Causes Poweroutage Twice

Around 5 o'clock in the morning, there was a brief power outage lasting about 20 to 30 seconds. The power came back quickly, and since I was half asleep, it didn't bother me much. Another outage occurred at 7 am while I was reading on LangCorrect. My laptop was fine due to the battery, but the internet connection went down. This was frustrating, but the power outage only lasted 40 to 60 seconds.

I wonder what caused these power outages and why the power was restored so quickly.

Shanshan is not a normal name for the typhoon in Japan.

朝5時頃、20〜30秒ほどの短い停電がありました。電力はすぐに復旧し、私は半分寝ていたのであまり気になりませんでした。7時には、LangCorrectを読んでいる最中に再び停電が発生しました。ノートパソコンはバッテリーのおかげで無事でしたが、インターネット接続が切れてしまいました。これは少し苛立たしかったですが、停電は40〜60秒ほどしか続きませんでした。

これらの停電の原因は何だったのか、そしてなぜ電力がすぐに復旧したのか気になります。
