I received my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine today. It has passed about five houses now after the vaccination. I don't have a fever so far. I hope the side effects will be light.
今日は2回目のファイザーワクチンの接種を受けました。今、接種から5時間くらい経ちました。今のところ、熱はありません。このまま副反応が軽かったらいいです。

I think this is what you were going for, “houses” are where you live and not how you measure time. Congrats on getting vaccinated!
