I worked only in the morning today. By the way, since the beginning of September, the number of people infected with Covid-19 has decreased sharply in Japan. Maybe it's because vaccination has progressed, but I'm not sure why. The Japanese government may announce they will lift the state of emergency end of this month. However, you should still be careful.


今日は午前中だけ働きました。ところで、9月に入ってから、日本のコロナの感染者数が急激に減少しています。ワクチン接種が進んだからかもしれませんが、理由はよく分かりません。今月末に緊急事態宣言が解除されるかもしれません。しかし、引き続き注意すべきですね。

This is just my personal opinion, but I think using "progress" for vaccinations sounds a little unnatural.
