Self-reproach
I've been self-reproach since yesterday I found a mistake I had made last week.
Besides my job, I have a small online store on Taobao, a famous e-commerce platform in China.
Last week I was so busy that I didn't double-check the orders from this online store. Then an order was missed, and that customer was angry.
The platform helped the customer refund and gave me a penalty.
I blame myself for two things.
First, I let the customer down by giving her a bad shopping experience. Maybe she had been unhappy for days. Second, I put the store in a very dangerous situation. It will be hard to gain customers' trust again because of the penalty.
However, blaming myself can't change the past, so I decided to review my SOP and daily routine this weekend.

You're about to list the things - a colon is helpful.
Maybe she had been unhappy for days.
"She might have been unhappy for days." is a little more natural in the context, but what you wrote is fine too.

This usually means they “gave” the customer a refund. In English “helped the customer get a refund” would mean they assisted the customer in negotiating with / convincing someone else (you?) to give them a refund.
This example highlights a significant difference between “help” and “幫助”. In English, if we “help her do something,” she is the main person doing that thing, and we are merely assisting her. So if I “helped her wash the clothes,” she washed the clothes and I assisted her.
But in Chinese, 我幫妳洗衣服 usually means that I washed the clothes for her—she probably didn’t even participate in washing the clothes.

If this is the first time you’ve done this, then you’re doing well. Nobody should expect perfection, especially not at a low price. As long as you’re at 97% or above, you shouldn’t have to worry, in my opinion.

No, I just assumed that any individual (non-corporate) seller on Taobao wouldn’t be selling at high prices. Are you offering a high-priced product or service?
