If you have more than one conjunction (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so) in a sentence, consider splitting that sentence into two shorter sentences.
In speaking iI feel a little slow, but iI suppose it is part of the progress.
In English, "I" is always capitalized.

Using "my" instead of "the" makes the sentence about you.
Actually my level of english isMy English level is (actually) A2, but I have not practiced in a long time.
I think the word "actually" is optional here. I wouldn't use it because I like the simpler sentence, but it also isn't wrong. This is a personal preference.
In this Today iI'm listening and reading about wild food and. It is a dificult theme, but iI undertand the general idea.
"Today" is much more natural than "In this day." I split the sentence into two parts. The first sentence states simply what you are listening and reading about. The second sentence explains your experience.
In1: Learning to speaking i feels a little slow, but iI suppose that is part of the process.¶
¶
2: My speaking feels a little slow, but I am making progress.
Two options here. In option 1 you are going through a *process.* It implies that you are more passive. In option 2 you are actively practicing and making *progress.* It implies that you are more actively engaged in learning.
