When do you go to bed everyday

Nowadays it's hard for most young people to go to bed early, just because of video games and short videos. Everyday when I lie in my bed , I couldn't help picking up my smartphone and start to scroll short videos. Without noticing hours passed, it's already midnight or even later. I really have no idea how to resist the urge to binge-watch short videos, it's so annoying.
