Scenarios

Example/Scenario 1;
a company located in Turkey provides a service to a company located in Japan. The service is that Turkish company finds clients in Turkey (inside Turkey’s border) for the company in Japan. It means that the company in Japan has beneficial in Turkey. In the end, this service is not allowed to be considered as service export. That’s why Turkish company issues invoice with VAT included to the company in Japan. (The scenario is totally the same as BCC Turkey issues invoice to BCC Laboratories because our employee (D.B Karadeniz) does business development for BCC Laboratories. That’s why I issue invoice VAT included to BCC Laboratories [SS])

Example/Scenario 2:
A company located in Dutch imports goods from Turkey. A company in Turkey {So-called Company (X)} provides services such as quality control, carrying the goods, inspections for loading the goods into the ships. The services related to the imported goods (from Turkey to Dutch) are considered as service export because the imported goods from Turkey will be used and benefited in Dutch. So, Company (X) issues invoice VAT excluded for the services to the company in Dutch.
