Last year when I start my new job.
I specially buy a bicycle for this job.
I was so happy because I can have a good exercise while go to work.
But sometime I rely that bicycle too much.
Even the weather was so hot or heavy rains, I still riding with my bicycle go to work!
Last month someone stolen my bicycle.
So, I need to use bus instead.
At first I was so reluctant to use bus, I even try taxi and avoid using bus.
But after I using the bus couple times.
Now, I really don’t think riding bicycle to work is necessary.
Last year when I start my new job.
When using “when”, you need to have another clause. You can make this into a simple sentence or combine it with the next sentence.
I specifically buyought a bicycle for this job.
“Specially” isn’t really used in these cases
I was so happy because I canould have a good exercise while going to work.
But sometime I relyied on that bicycle too much.
Even when the weather was so hot or heavy rainsraining heavily, I still ridingode with my bicycle go to work!
Since all this already happened, I changed it to past tense.
Last month someone stolen my bicycle.
So, I need to use the bus instead.
At first, I was so reluctant to use the bus,. I even tryied the taxi andto avoid using bus.
If you divide the sentence into two, it makes more sense.
But after I usinged the bus a couple times.,
I left a comma in order to connect it with the next sentence
Now, I really don’t think riding bicycle to work is necessary.
Connect this with the top sentence. To make “But after I used the bus a couple times, I really don’t think riding bicycle to work is necessary.“

Good job! I hope my corrections made sense to you. Remember in what tense you are writing (past, present, future). There are other ways to correct a few things but I wanted to keep as much of what you wrote the same. Keep learning!
