I’ve just went to Costco with my boyfriend. We’ve bought lots of household goods and foods today. We are thinking to go to Korean BBQ restaurant tonight. I love spending time with just relaxing and chilling on the weekend.
I’ve just went to Costco with my boyfriend.
We’ve bought lots of household goods and foods today.
Removing that is optional. It doesn't matter, I just think it sounds better.
We are thinking tof going to Korean BBQ restaurant tonight.

I've gone to Costco with my boyfriend.
"I" and "I've" are very similar with some overlapping uses, but have different implications particularly in tense (past, present, future).
"I" implies something that happened in the past where "I've" implies something that happened in the past that continues to have an effect on the present conversation.
In this case. The sentence "I've gone ..." Would be inappropriate based on the following sentence being in the present tense.
We’ve bought lots of household goods and foods today.
See previous example on "I" vs "I've".
Food is already plural so does not require an 's'
We are thinking to goabout going to a Korean BBQ restaurant tonight.
I love spending time with just relaxing and chilling on the weekend.
