Do you know an animation called "Sailor moon". Uzbekistan rhythmic gymnastics teams appeared in Sailor Moon costumes at the Tokyo Olympics. They performed with Sailor moon music. Unfortunately, they couldn't advance to the finals, but they were very cute, and it became a big topic in Japan.
You can watch it from 21 minutes 35 seconds at the following video: https://sports.nhk.or.jp/olympic/highlights/content/8fb4dbde-4a79-46e3-b5c4-81c6cd0efe80/
I found an another video on YouTube they performed a month ago.

Since we're asking about a thing that exists, we need to indicate its existence as a verb in some way in the sentence, even though the real verb in the sentence is 'called.'
This could also be achieved with the definite article 'the'
'Do you know the animation called "Sailor moon"?'
Although in this case using 'about' before the 'the' feels more natural to me:

Because you're referencing a time frame, it is 'in.' Because it is a location 'at' a website, I get why you might want to use that preposition, but since we are referring to the video it overrides the location preposition 'at' in favor of of the time version of the preposition 'in.'

Feedback
I watched Sailor Moon as a child! It was so popular in America that I think the average American would at least recognize the name.
They look very talented, thanks for sharing the youtube video, I can't watch the NHK ones!
