In English, an adjective (like "sad") comes before the noun it modifies (like "sad").

Today, we have a CET4 exam,I'm so.

A comma (,) is always followed by a space. Note that I changed this throughout your post.

"CET4" is not a familiar phrase to people outside China, so it would be good to indicate briefly what it is.

I'm so sad, because I think that I can't pass it,the. My writing, the reading, and the listening also are not good,. I want to thought it,study my English, ink about it and study my English. I'm telling myself "Come on.!"

I broke this up into several shorter sentences. In English, you can't join complete sentences simply by putting commas between them.

Good luck! Will you be able to take the exam again later if you need to?

I'm so happy that you can give me some advice. CET4 is college English Test which is important for student, because if you can't get CET4 certificate, you don't graduate in some university, but my university don't have this allowance. But in the society, it isn't a advantage, if you don't have it, it's a shortcoming. I'm a junior college student, I can take it again at June 2021.Thank you help me.(I ues this website first, and so many English I don't know how to use it. Thank you.
