I ran another 5km tonight. At the beginning, my legs felt sore, so I thought that maybe I could just run about 2km. To run more, I thought a lot of things. For example, I tried to memorise Geman that I'd learnt recently, however, I thought nothing. Then, I tried to think about the self-introduction in English, which for the APS exam. As a result, I ran many rounds and finally reach my goal.
I am so happy I've done this. And then I think that I can do this, I can do anything else as well. I just need to keep moving step by step and hold on.
