Run Again

My legs are still sore, so I just ran 2.2km today. I tried playing the volleyball with my colleagues after that. Since I had never played before, I did really bad. Besides, my arms are sore as well.

(going for a) Run Again

My legs are still sore, so I just ran 2.2km today.

You could say: 'my legs are still sore from running the other day, so....'

After I went for a run, I tried playing the volleyball with my colleagues after that.

Since I had never played volleyball before, I did really bad.

'really bad' as an adverb is colloquial and people say it. Strictly speaking 'really badly' is more correct, but people probably say 'really bad' more often.

Besides,Now my arms are sore as well.

'besides' doesn't make sense here
