Everyday I use online taxi services to go to work either a car or motorcycle taxi. I've been an active user since 2017 but nowadays I often meet a rude driver, especially online car driver. They usually mad at customer that use a discount voucher even though this feature is provided by the services company and the driver can choose to enable or disable this feature.
