Today is day 144 of my daily English challenge. I still have dental pain. Tomorrow I have an appointment to the dentist but if the pain not stoped. I'll call the dentist and to tell my situation.

This sentence is fine, but it sounds quite technical. Instead, you might say: "My teeth/tooth still hurts."
Tomorrow I have an appointment towith the dentist but if the pain has not stopped.
Tomorrow I have an appointment with the dentist if the pain has not stopped.
(Or: Tomorrow I have an appointment to go to the dentist if the pain continues.)
