Rośliny
Moj mąż lubi rośliny. Na jej urodziny, kupiłam małe szklarnia bo naszego koty lubią jeść jego rośliny. Mieszkamy w małym mieszkaniu i nie mamy ogród na dworze. Szklarnia jest salon przez duże okno żeby mogli dostać słońce. Mamy lampy specjalne na rośliny co są w cieniu. Moja ulubiona roślina jest aloes bo był prezent od mojego kuzyna.
My husband likes plants. For his birthday, I bought him a small greenhouse because our cats like to eat his plants. We live in a small apartment and don't have outdoor space for a garden. The greenhouse is by the window so that the plants can get sunlight. We have special lamps for the plants that are in the shade. <y favorite plant is the aloe vera because it was a gift from my cousin.

here it is hard to translate the sentence almost literally, we would rather say that "Szklarnia znajduje się przy dużym oknie, żeby rośliny mogły otrzymać trochę światła" = literally "A greenhouse is situated next to the big window, so that the plants could receive some light/sunshine"
Mamy lampy specjalne na rośliny colampy dla roślin, które znajdują są w cieniu.
Mojaą ulubionaą roślinaą jest aloes b, ponieważ to był prezent od mojego kuzyna.

unfortunately, Polish is such a niche language, that there are not that many materials to learn from. So far I have found https://courseofpolish.com/grammar/tenses/present-tense/verbs-conjugation-in-present-tense and https://mowicpopolsku.com/polish-grammar/tenses/present/
After reviewing those, they seem kind of okay, though it may be also a little bit overwhelming. Maybe try them out a little step by step and it will be okay.
Nevertheless, it should all come to you with practice, so please don't stop with those sentences, you are doing great :)
