And in my culture there is one habit which is , I guess, unique, rare, and uncommon.

At least I do not know if it is existexists somewhere else.

It's a tradition of balancing rest, snacks and entertainment, I can say it is a true cultural masterpiece!

Originally, I had rewritten this as: "...personal culture which I have perfected over many years...". However, this would have had a sense of intentionality and dedication to it which may not have been intended here. "Culture" is a strange word to use in this way. "Culture" is usually something which multiple people partake in. Just one person cannot have a unique culture, because that is not what "culture" means. It doesn't feel totally wrong, but it does feel just a little weird to me.

And in mythis culture there is one habit which is, I guess, unique, rare and uncommonrare.

You could say "this culture" instead of "my culture" to further clarify that we are talking about the "special personal culture" you have mentioned previously, and not the more general culture which "my culture" usually implies on its own. Also, as another user has mentioned, "uncommon" isn't necessary after "rare". "Uncommon" itself is in-between "common" and "rare".

"rare" and "uncommon" have overlapping meanings so I'd omit one, probably "uncommon," because "rare" emphasizes the rarity more than "uncommon"

It is the perfect cycle of sleeping, wandering to the kitchen, eating donuts and binge-watching TV shows.
