Today, I read my entries that I posted to review the feedback. Every feedback is very helpful and I appreciate that.

By the way, I saw a Youvideo where Nancy Peloci tore up a copy of Trump's speech. I found it interesting as a means of showing her angry. Critics nicknamed her "Nancy the Ripper."

Thank you for reading!

** [All the] feedback [I received] is very helpful and I appreciate [it].
OR
Each and every revision I received is very helpful and I appreciate it.

Every を使いたいのなら、"each and every revision is helpful..."でもいいと思います!feedbackの複数形はないので、everyだけを使ったら少し不自然に聞こえます。例文を見てみましょう:

O Every person in the room was a student (複数形はpeople)
X Every sheep was white (複数形はsheepなので、each and every sheep was white / all the sheep were white O)

それと、"I appreciate it" = idiom.
もし I appreciate thatを使いたいなら、"I appreciate that he/she/you/they gave me feedback"の方がいいかもしれません。つまり、"I appreciate that" + [pronoun/noun] + [verb]
(eg. I appreciated that you helped me)

A lot of ways to say this but it doesn't really make sense to say "Every feedback". No big deal though
