Rice Dumplings

Today is Monday, but it is also the Dragon Boat Festival in Taiwan, so I don’t have to go to work!
During the Dragon Boat Festival, we eat rice dumplings. There are many different kinds of rice dumplings depending on the city you live in. Rice dumplings, as the name suggests, are rice wrapped around ingredients like shrimp, egg yolk, mushroom, and pork, then wrapped with leaves.
When my grandma was still alive, she always made rice dumplings for us. Now, we buy rice dumplings in the market.
