Today feels like a perfect rest day. Next year, I’m going to take better care of my body — yoga, workouts, acupressure therapy (a natural healing method using finger pressure on specific points, no needles). My little electronic acupuncture device arrives today — it’s pen-shaped and easy to use. I can’t wait to try it. I wonder what next year will be like. I would like to exercise a lot.
今日はまさに最高のオフ日和です。来年はもっと身体を大切にします— ヨガ、運動、ツボ押し療法（針なしで指でツボを押す自然療法です） 今日、小さい電子鍼が届く予定です。ーペン型で使いやすい物です。試してみるのがのとても楽しみです。 来年はどんな年になるでしょうか。私は沢山運動をしたいです。
