Use this : the other sign ; is called a semi colon used to connect to sentences together. Used with words such as and, but, for so.

Sounds more natural.

This way sounds more natural. Main course and main dish mean the same thing

As well sounds more natural at the end here. Normally it's improper to start a sentence with "and," but it sounds natural here.

Not sure if the "s" is needed here. Are they each getting their own bowl? If so, then it is needed. But if they are sharing than only one s is needed.

"We" -> multiple people. But you are only ordering one drink?

Come is fine, but be out is more natural to me. Also, rather than saying their food will be out in exactly 30 minutes its a lot more common to say it will be around 30 minutes.
