Resolutions
I've never set new year resolutions for myself. I know it feels nice to think you can reinvent yourself every year to become a better version of yourself. I feel it's somewhat like starting the diet on Monday. However, you can decide to change every day. The end of the old year is also the start of a brand new one, but you have a new ending and beginning every single day of your life. What I mean is that while I believe that setting goals to achieve over a certain period of time is great, we shouldn't wait until the end of the year to become the person we want to be.
