Today, when this 30-day writing challenge begins its countdown, I’d like to reflect on the benefits of joining one of these 30-day challenges. I won’t talk for others but for myself. In this regard, I've always looked to these challenges as a tool to fight brain diseases, build new habits, boost my motivation, and most importantly, make those 30 days stand out from the rest of the year. From this list, I should say that the most relevant for me is to fight dementia because even though I’m young, scientific evidence has shown that neurodegenerative diseases begin in the brain 30 years before the condition manifests its signs. Thus, if we want to get to our golden years in full condition, then we have to take care of our brains in our youth.
In this regard, there are plenty of measures we can take in order to show our brains some love. Among these measures, the one I like the most is to build new neural pathways. By doing so, we awake sleepy areas of our brain which will help us to strengthen our neurotransmitters, a process that down the line translates into a rejuvenated brain. Hence, since our brains love to get out of their comfort zone, the best way to do so is by incorporating the habit of doing new and different activities with regularity. Our brains crave novelty, no matter in which form. In this sense, you can start either by studying a new subject for a month, talking to a new person every day for 30 days, listening to different types of music, etc. The possibilities are manyfold!
Personally, I love to make lists, and I already have a list of new activities I’ll incorporate into my life, not all of them at the same time, but one by one in periods of 30 days.
Another tip to enhance our brains is to laugh. Indeed, scanners have shown that numerous areas of our brains are activated simultaneously when we laugh. Furthermore, following this advice some workshops have been created with the aim of making people laugh. These workshops are a kind of alternative therapy intended to heal our bodies from inside out, beginning with our souls.
In summation, move more! Life loves movement and change and so our brains.
Reshaping our Brains
Today, whenas this 30-day writing challenge begins its countdown, I’d like to reflect on the benefits of joining one of these 30-day challenges.
I won’t talk for others bu; just for myself.
In this regard, I've always looked to these challenges as a tool to fight brain diseases, build new habits, boost my motivation, and most importantly, make those 30 days stand out from the rest of the year.

The “then” isn’t really incorrect, but the sentence feels better to me without it there.
InTo this regardese ends, there are plenty of measures we can take in order to show our brains some love.
I just replaced “in this regard” since you just used it a few sentences ago. It sounds repetitive when used more than once closely together.
Among these measures, the one I like the most is to building new neural pathways.
I think most natives would prefer the gerund to the infinitive here, at least where I’m from!
By doing so, we awaken sleepy areas of our brain which will. This in turn helps us to strengthen our neurotransmitters, a process that down the line translates into a rejuvenated brain.
I corrected “awake” because that is incorrect, but the rest, I just did a little natural touch fixing on.
Hence, since our brains love to get out of their comfort zone, the best way to do so is by incorporating the habit of doing new and different activities with regularity.
Our brains crave novelty, no matter in which form.
In this sense, yYou can start either by studying a new subject for a month, talking to a new person every day for 30 days, listening to different types of music, etc.
Again, too much “in this sense”. It isn’t really used that frequently. Also, I don’t really like “either...or” here since that suggests a closed set of options when you leave it open-ended with the “etc” at the end.
The possibilities are manyfoldendless!
I’ve never heard anyone say “manyfold”.
Personally, I love to make lists, and I already have a list of new activities I’ll incorporate into my life, not all of them at the same time, but one by one in periods of 30 days.
Just a bit of smoother rewriting.
