My Rental Car

My car contractlease is going to end on 23 January.

If we renew the contract, its new pricecost will be 690 EUR (Cper month. (The current price is 330 EUR monthly.)

On the other hand, the car which Sabrina used to dridrove is available and its contract will expirye at the end of the July.

I can return this car to the fleet company (ARVAL) with a small fine.

For the record, the price of the same car in 2023 is around 1400 EUR-1500 EUR per month. In my opinion, we should keep the car and renew the contract in July if you're thinking of hiring a business developer.

I think that it would be better to be somewhat more specific regarding the car contract. Is it a leasing contract? An insurance contract? etc.

Frankly, I’m unsure if the expression “On the other hand” would be suitable here.

I personally haven’t heard the term “fleet company” used often, so I’m not sure if it is a regionalism. However, if you feel that it would be more appropriate for you to use it, it might be better to write “fleet management company”.

If you make sure’re certain that you will noon’t hire a business developer for our office, I will return it to the fleetcar rental company.

I added “only” because it sounds to me that keeping the car is a condition of hiring a business developer. In other words, “We will keep the car if we hire a business developer.” This would mean that, if that “condition” is not fulfilled, you do not keep the car, and adding the “only” would help make that clear, if that makes any sense.
