After lunch, the electrician came to my place. I heard he would come on next Monday, but it seems the schedule was changed without any notice. I was stressed, but there was nothing I could do.
He was friendly. He made new hot wires for the dishwasher and told me we should upgrade to some plugs to GFCI outlets for kitchen. It will cost a few hundred dollars, so I told hime that we need to think about it.
Since I have worked from home this week, I couldn’t have a productive week. But it seems like I have to do it for another week.
I'll go to the office tomorrow to get my work back on track.

I think the benefit of writing simply is that we need fewer corrections. This can be a relief. I try to apply one or two of the corrections I'm given in another piece of writing as soon as I can. I think this helps me to absorb the correction, so I don't need it again. However, like you, I would prefer to write interesting, skillful texts!
