The garlic

Garlic is an ingredient used in almost every dishes. A Danish chef said that it's very usefull for being versatile, so you can use it easily in different types of dishes, and it has also health benefits.

The garlic spreaded in Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago. But, it wasn't only an ingredient, it was also used as a medicine against cancer, the plague, or respiratory ailments.

It was also used in another civilisation, I think in Egypt, to cause sexual desire or lust.

However, in other religions like in the Budhaism one, people don't eat it. The reasons of that is that uprooting the gasty affects the soil ecosystem and has bad effects. The second reason is that people think eating gasty provoc sexual desire, violence and agression.

Nowadays, some health benefits are prooved like lowering the blood pressure or improving the gut functioning.

Personally, I don't really appreciate it but as I am not a cooker, I think I'm less able to understand how important it is in the dishes.

For speaking about something in general, don't use "the." To reference something specific, use "the." Example: Can you hand me the garlic on the table? If your story had been about a specific piece of garlic (imagine a story about a bulb of garlic that cursed your whole family), your title might be called "The Garlic"

The garlic spreaded in Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago.

The gGarlic was spreaded in across Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago. Garlic was spread across Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago.

There are many word in English where the past tense of the word is the same as the present tense. "spread" is one of those special cases. I'm sorry that English isn't more consistent.

The gGarlic spreaded in Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago. Garlic spread in Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago.

The gGarlic was spreaded in throughout Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago. Garlic was spread throughout Europe by the Roman Empire more than a thousand years ago.

The past tense of "spread" is also "spread" :) "Throughout" is nice to use here because it is a more descriptive way to say that the Romans spread the garlic everywhere / in far-reaching places

It was also used in another civiliszation, I think in Egypt,s to cause sexual desire or lust. It was also used in another civilizations to cause sexual desire or lust.

It was also used in another civilisations, for example, I think in Egypt, it was used (as an aphrodisiac / to cause sexual desire or lust). It was also used in other civilisations, for example, I think in Egypt it was used (as an aphrodisiac / to cause sexual desire or lust).

I would write "civilisations" plural as to not be limiting. Something ingested to cause sexual desire/lust = an aphrodisiac, if you want to be concise

I'm not sure if you had some kind of auto-correct issue, or something else, but "gasty" is not an English word.

I don't think I've heard "cooker" used before (at least in American English), a few other ways to say it might be: "I don't really appreciate it as I'm not much of a cook" (though I've often heard this, "cook" makes me think of a professional cook at a restaurant, instead of someone who cooks food for themselves.) "I don't appreciate it much as I don't really cook" (This get's rid of the redundancy of "really") "I don't appreciate it much as I don't cook" (This means that you don't cook at all)

Personally, I don't really appreciate it but as I am not a cooker, I think I'm less able to understand how important it is in the dishes. Personally, I don't really appreciate it but I think I'm less able to understand how important it is in the dishes.

This is fine, but seeing as you are at the end of your text, past tense "found" is more fitting
